New: Advanced Reporting with Graphical View and Filters

With our advanced reporting, users can not only visualize the data but also apply advanced filters to include/exclude certain data points. Let’s look at some newly added filters and how they work.

1. Get Reports with a Graphical View

Instead of just looking at numbers, you can now easily interpret your campaign performance through intuitive graphical representations.

View all your stats using graphical visual tools that display your email campaign data clearly and interactively. You can view metrics like opens, replies, bounces, and even more.

You can adjust the time range and apply filters to see specific sequences or client data.

Click on the data figures to show or hide certain metrics, and hover over data points to see more detailed information.

Moreover, reports update automatically, giving you current insights into your email campaigns.

2. Check Different Data Points by Prospect/Email View

Click on the prospect/email toggle to check data by filters like prospect view or email view. 

Prospect view helps check the engagement based on individual prospects connected, not contacted, and prospects who opened, clicked and replied to any email.

Similarly, in email view, you can get engagement based on all emails sent, where you can view the total number of emails sent, opened, replied to, and more.

This helps in viewing different data points, making it easier to make the best data-driven decisions.

3. View Analytics of New Prospects

Each new prospect can turn into a loyal customer. When you add new prospects in sequences, it is important to keep a constant eye to see how they are engaging with your emails.

But manually searching such prospects every time can be time-consuming. 

You can simply click on the First-time event checkbox to view new prospects’ engagement like first opened, first clicked, first replied, and more.

4. Filter by Client /Sequence View

As an agency, getting analytics on sequences is not enough! You should be able to check analytics client-wise. 

Now, you can focus on a specific client by choosing a client associated to focus data on specific client sequences.

5. Customize Reports with Interactive Features

While analyzing the data, you should not be limited to how you can view it. You should be able to include/exclude metrics with which you want to track and analyze the data.

You can now click on the legends such as email open, replied, clicked, positive, and negative sentiments to control which data lines are visible.

Furthermore, you can hover over the graph to see detailed data for specific points.

6. Adjust Time Range Views

You can view your data daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the time range you select. 

This helps in comparing the data to see if there is any change in the performance of your campaigns when compared to previous weeks, months, quarters, and years.

7. Share Your Success with Downloadable Reports

When you run cold email campaigns for yourself or your clients, it takes a lot of effort and time. 

But when you start achieving your goals, you should be able to share them with your customers/clients/teams or target audience through multiple channels.
